We provide an affordable and confidential one-to-one counselling service for adolescents aged 12-18 years (attending secondary school) in the Westport and surrounding area. Sessions take place at the Centre on Tuesday and Thursday and clients can avail of a maximum of 24 sessions. The service is delivered by accredited and experienced therapists Darren McKenna (Tuesday) and Jannah Walshe (Thursday) at a rate of €20 per session, the remainder is subsidised by the FRC with the support of grant aid and kind donors.

This is a low cost, community-based service, subsidised by the FRC, demand can be high and there is a waiting list.
