We operate and support a number of community groups, including;

Buggy Buddies

A parent and baby/ toddler walking group for parents and caregivers wishing to make connections, gain peer support and get outdoors and active with their child.

This project is supported by Mayo Sports Partnership and Community Education under the Mayo Sligo Leitrim Education and Training Board.

Wellness for Women

A seasonal programme bringing together women who wish to make connections and learn about ways to look after themselves, focusing on wellness and self-care. The programme is delivered by experienced professionals offering proven approaches to improving health and wellbeing.
