How to make a complaint to Westport FCRC

In the first instance Westport FCRC promotes the informal resolution of complaints.  If you have a complaint we encourage you to make direct contact with the staff member and seek resolution.  You can do this by phone, by email or by letter to the appropriate staff member.

If you want to make a complaint in person, this is also possible, but please phone the office in advance to make sure someone will be available to meet with you. 09824419

To fully investigate a complaint, we require the full name and contact details of the person making the complaint, along with a clear description of the issue. This information will enable us to address the matter as effectively as possible.

How to provide feedback to Westport FCRC

You may wish to provide feedback to WFCRC where you have a comment or compliment you wish to share and have noted, you can do this by phone, by email or by letter to the office. 

Any comments or feedback about a particular project can help us identify any potential for service improvements. Compliments which mention an individual member of staff will also be sent to that staff member.
